Shipping + Returns
Shipping can take up to 14 business days. Items are made to order and only once a week so sometimes your item won’t make it to the queue until the following week.
Carteo will accept unworn pieces in their original condition within 14 days of receipt. If your return is outside of the 14-day policy, please email us to request a return. Please do not ship your item until you've received confirmation from us that we will honor your return. Items returned outside of the 14 days without prior approval may be refused. It is the customer's responsibility to pay for shipping to return ANY items.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. An email confirmation of your refund will be sent to you. You should see the credit back to your credit card in 3-5 business days, depending on how fast your bank is.
If the original payment method is unavailable, the return will be issued as store credit in the form of an online gift card. If the items being returned were a gift, for a gift card. Shipping costs are not refundable at this time, and Carteo is not responsible for return shipping costs.
When returning items, please package them in a box and provide ample padding to protect the pieces during shipment. Returning the items in the box you received them in works perfectly! Carteo will not be responsible for inadequately packaged items or items damaged during shipment in any way. We have the right to deny credit if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements. We are not responsible for tracking your return, and are unable to issue a refund for lost or damaged packages.
If you purchased your item from one of our retailers, please contact them directly for their return policies. We cannot exchange or return any items bought from one of our retailers.
All custom pieces and sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
